The learner can sing the most common birthday song.

Materials

·                    Paper and pens
·                    Blackboard

Preparation

Find a good (karaoke) version of the most common birthday song. Don’t show the lyrics.

Instructions

·                    Sit in a circle.
·                    Listen to the song together a couple of times. Sing along yourself.
·                    Let the learners write down the words they hear and/or understand.
·                    Explain the lyrics.
·                    Practice the song until the learners can sing it without the lyrics.
