Make story cards with questions, for every learner a card.
Who is the main character?
What happens in the story?
Where and when does the story take place?
Tell the story in a few sentences.
What character did you prefer?
What part of the story did you prefer?
Do you have any questions?
How will the story end?
Find a story that is suitable for your learner group.
- Sit in a circle.
- Read the story to the whole group, if necessary a second, third time.
- Put the story cards on the table.
- Let each learner choose a card and answer the question.
- If necessary, help the learners answer their question.
Let the learners work in pairs.
